Meditation

 

Meditation is used to help quieten and calm the mind and to find inner peace and stillness.  This will help overcome stress and help you find a correct balance for you inner self. 

 

We can learn to transform our minds from negative to positive, from distrurbed to peaceful and from unhappy to happy.

 

I offer group meditations and one-to-one sessions.
